2 · Hosting & server logs

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). When you visit, the host automatically processes technical data your browser sends — IP address, date and time of the request, the requested page, referrer and user-agent — in server logs. This is necessary to deliver the site securely and is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Because Vercel is a US provider, data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses / EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

3 · Cookies

This site sets exactly one cookie: a strictly-necessary session cookie that remembers you have entered the access password. It holds no tracking identifier, is not shared with third parties, and is removed when it expires. No consent is required for it (§ 25(2) TDDDG / Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Your accessibility preferences (theme, font, text size) are stored only in your browser's localStorage and never leave your device.

4 · No tracking

There is no web analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking on this site. Web fonts are self-hosted, so no data is sent to Google Fonts or any external font service when you load a page.

5 · Contact

If you email me, your message and contact details are processed solely to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and are deleted once they are no longer needed.

6 · Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). To exercise any of these, contact hi@artur-grigoryan.dev. You may also lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR) — in North Rhine-Westphalia, the LDI NRW.
